Refund policy

Do note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, if you do receive a defective item, please let us know by email (contact@ani-mecha.com) or WhatsApp (80235835) within 7 days of purchase with proof of the defect(s).

The following do not count as a defect:

• Minor cosmetic issues and imperfections
• Slightly loose joints
• Box/Packaging condition

Depending on the defect, we will try to get replacement parts, perform 1-to-1 exchange or do a full refund.
