All prices are in Singapore dollars, and we currently only serve customers residing in Singapore. However, we will open our shop to international customers in the near future!
Preorder Policy
All preorders require a non-refundable deposit, and the preorder is only secured when the deposit is paid and confirmed.
If you decide to cancel a preorder, the deposit will be forfeited.
Release dates for preorder items are only an estimate, and may be subjected to manufacturer or shipping delays beyond our control.
Unfortunately, there are times when we're unable to secure preorders either due to stock cut or inability to meet the minimum order. In such an event, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund your deposit.
When a preorder item you preordered has arrived, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Customers are encouraged to collect within 2 weeks of this notification. Once 2 weeks have passed, we will treat it as an abandoned order, and the deposit will be forfeited.
You can collect preorders at our shop, or have it shipped to you. If you choose the shipping option, we will only pack and ship the item once payment is received and confirmed.
Return Policy
Do note that all sales are final and non-refundable.
However, if you do receive a defective item, please let us know by email (contact@ani-mecha.com) or WhatsApp (80235835) within 7 days of purchase with proof of the defect(s).
The following do not count as a defect:
- Minor cosmetic issues and imperfections
- Slightly loose joints
- Box/Packaging condition
- Part(s) falling off a runner (for model kits)
Depending on the defect, we will try to get replacement parts, perform 1-to-1 exchange or do a full refund.
Strictly no exchange for paints and thinners purchased.
Gift Card Terms & Condition

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

You’ll get your gift card in a digital code format by email.

Ani Mecha Gift Card is available for in-store redemptions in Singapore only.

Present your mobile device with an open gift voucher to Ani Mecha for redemption.

Local Pickup
Customers are encouraged to pickup their items within 2 weeks of the pickup notification. Once 2 weeks have passed, we will treat it as an abandoned order.
Shipping
Shipping is currently only available locally in Singapore.
All Shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
All shipments will be provided with a tracking number.
Orders received will be shipped out on the next working day.
Customers will receive their orders in about 3 business days (excluding Sun & PH) from the date of shipment.
Ani Mecha reserves the right to make changes to the shipping charges. Currently, the shipping charge is 9 Singapore Dollars for each order.
In the event that the parcel is returned due to circumstances (e.g. 3 failed deliveries, wrong address) the customer will have to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
