The PG Unleashed RX-78-2 Gundam is a history-making model, boasting an unprecedented number of gimmicks and new technologies for an unparalleled build experience!

This kit features the Gunpla Evolution Link System, a step-by-step assembly process that simulates building a real Mobile Suit. The internal frame, serving as the skeleton, is assembled at the earliest stage in Perfect Grade history. It's also the largest frame ever in Gunpla, standing at approximately 18cm tall.

With over 90 points of articulation after assembly, this kit offers the highest number of joints in Gunpla history, ensuring extreme posability. The fuselage utilizes a core block mechanism with a new structure that combines 40 joints for enhanced flexibility.

The multi-layer truss frame features metallic molding colors and plated parts to create four distinct metallic finishes. This includes three types of secondary processing—silver plating, matte plating, and chrome plating—combined with metal parts and newly developed etched seals for a stunning visual effect.

Equipped with the most full-body open-hatch gimmicks ever seen in a Gundam kit, it also includes a new LED unit. The compact RGB two-lamp LED light enables color changes, while a very small lighting unit is installed in the beam saber, lighting the beam blade from the base in a realistic gradation.

For the light effects, a pin-type BR435 lithium battery (one test battery included) and two LR41 button-cell batteries (not included, sold separately) are required.
